Actually I originally wanted to be a pilot for the airforce! Then I saw that wasn't what i wanted. Ever since I can remember i've always felt the most comfortable with a rifle in my hands. I really never considered the army, although i talked to a west? pointer and a captain of the army who were personal friends. As soon as I knew i wanted infantry i chose USMC. I never really cared about the pay or the benefits, i just love the Corps and thats it. I'm way too excited to ship off, haha

thanks browww, ive? been talking to some former marines and army soldiers and marines. last week i met a west point graduate and he kinda convinced me to think about army, since i think i want military as a life time carrer he said army has more to offer since marines doesnt give a shit about you. idk army seems to offer more, i still have lot of thinking to do, i dont even know if i want to enlist or officer. thanks for the advice though, you ever think about army? thanks

Thats great man! I was in you position only a year ago. Now i just have to do senior year before i ship out! I'm going open infantry then applying to recon school. My best? advice, start running, puchups, pullups, now. It'll help a ton later on. Stay focused on school and your health. Dont fuck up your opportunities by going off and getting drunk or high with your friends or some garbage because that'll screw your chances of joining. Good luck to ya, man. Semper Fi

marine recons are alsome although the best? recon marines normally get out and join Xe (blackwater) or any other mercenary goverment secret agencies and companies since its like 5x pay. but recon marines are fucking alsome i am going to join the corps in 2 years once i finish high school. respect to marines and all other branches in the us military!

Thats what im going to tell my recruiter because its true... i heard of this former civiallin who wanted to become a seal his seal mentor asks him why he says because he wants to kill ppl w/o going to jail? his mentor tells him its the best answer he's ever heard to the best of my knowledge he made the cut.... so dont lie and give a generic answer when they ask you why... im 17 too

I agree the old games are better. Ghost Recon? 1, Rainbow Six 1, Sum of All Fears, Raven Shield 1, Rogue Spear 1, Swat 3, Splinter Cell 1-3, etc. Today gaming sucks to the point I don't even pay any attention to it anymore, its all dumbed down and sucky.

My problem is? with the popular Modern Warfare ones. The ww2 ones are pretty cool, like World At War. They fit well because ww2 literally had thousands and thousands of people. Waves of enemies. But the new MW2/3 suck ass.

This and Raven Shield is the best Tom Clancy game and one of the best shooter along BF2, Quake III, UT2k4, CS 1.6, old MoH, old CoD.. I? miss the days when FPS game has a hard difficulty, make us think before shoot, make us equal (no perks / skills), have realistic gameplay (no health regen, realistic recoil)..
